Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation with Apartments Dernaj, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

 

A reservation is confirmed once you receive a written booking confirmation from us.

A prepayment of 20% is required via bank transfer to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, in cash or via bank transfer.

Please note: Credit and debit card payments are not accepted, as we do not operate an on-site card terminal.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-in: From 14:00

Check-out: Until 12:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.​

3. Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
  If a prepayment has already been made and the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival, the amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method or account used for the transfer.

• Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking price.​

4. House Rules

 

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

5. Damages & Liability

 

Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay.

Apartments Dernaj is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately.

6. Right to Refuse Service

 

Apartments Dernaj reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious violations of house rules or inappropriate behavior.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zadar.​​

8. Use of Booking System

 

By using our booking system, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation without refund.
