Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation with Apartments Dernaj, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a written booking confirmation from us.
A prepayment of 20% is required via bank transfer to secure the booking.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, in cash or via bank transfer.
Please note: Card payments are not accepted, as we do not operate an on-site card terminal.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

*Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Direct Bookings (via our website)

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In such cases, the prepayment will be refunded using the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable.
3.2. Bookings via Third-Party Platforms (e.g. Booking.com)

For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb, the respective cancellation and payment policies of the platform apply.

These may differ from our direct booking conditions and may include higher cancellation fees (e.g. up to 50% of the booking amount or 100% in case of no-show).

Please note: Our direct booking conditions offer more flexible cancellation terms compared to third-party platforms.
4. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 00:00 to 08:00.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
5. Damages & Liability
Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay.
Apartments Dernaj is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Apartments Dernaj reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious violations of house rules or inappropriate behavior.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zadar.
8. Use of Booking System
By using our booking system, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation without refund.
