Refund Policy

Guests who cancel their booking more than 7 days before arrival are entitled to a full refund of any prepayments made.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account used at the time of booking.

 

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 

For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, refunds do not apply.
